Mixologist Eben Freeman, of Tailor restaurant in New York City, demonstrates how to prepare a variation on the classic Cuban cocktail, the mojito. There is a little technique to the mojito, in preventing the carbonation from being lost or the taste of the mint becoming bitter from over-muddling.
